I would like to express my appreciation for Elan Fleksher' s outstanding performance In selling us on the quality of CDW manufactured windows and sliding doors; and for effectively maintaining contact with us, after the sale, to resolve concerns, and ensure our satisfaction. Elan delivered a well-prepared presentation, describing the features that distinguish CDW windows as a product of high quality. His explanation of the advantages of UPVC vinyl, versus PVC vinyl; was a persuasive factor in our decision to purchase replacement windows and sliding doors from CDW. My husband and I are happy with our beautiful, new CDW replacement windows and sliding glass doors--nine windows and 4 doors. These windows and doors work very well, and significantly beautify the interior and exterior of our home. We are pleased to buy our windows and door replacements directly from the manufacturer. 09/20/09

We absolutely love the windows and are totally impressed with your company for the following reasons: Your initial sales person John Rocone was very pleasant and thorough during his visit Your company kept us in a file indicating we loved the product but weren't prepared to spend that kind of money When CDW was able to offer a better price we were contacted You came to our home for a revised estimate, clarified a few things and made an attractive deal Arturo and crew were supposed to arrive at our house on Labor day between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. - they arrived 9:20 a.m. Arturo and crew were polite, efficient and cleaned up inside and outside our home better than any contractor I have ever hired for anything You made a follow-up call today to make sure we were happy The service your company has offered is unbelievable. 09/03/09

I had my windows installed a few weeks ago and I cannot tell you how nice they are. Not only are they a piece of craftsmanship, but they are solid, keep the noise and heat out. I cannot tell you how many people from my complex like the windows and are interested in getting their condos retrofitted with new windows. Additionally, one of the contractors who provided me a quote on the window project was so impressed that now he wants to order from CD Windows. Chris P.‎

6 months ago I installed windows around my house plus a french door. They did a fantastic job. I was going to see hows their windows are through rain and cold. So far so good. I will be replacing my bay window that is facing the pool shortly. We have replaced our cracked wooden windows with the vinyl ones and we could not believe the quality. The noise from the street diminished by 80%. We have noticed that it kept our house wormer during the cold days. I just wonder if we would save energy during the summer. This is the best investment that we can think off.‎ maps.google.com

I hired California Deluxe Windows based on some of the great reviews. I have made a great decision because , I am very satisfied with their windows quality and the service. For example a lock on the French door was very tight, and when I called the company and requested to adjust, they showed up the next day and fixed it right away. Highly recommend this company, because they are fantastic.‎

It's nice to finally get a contractor to do what they say, when they say. These guys not only build their own windows, they sell them and install them! It was a one company does all. Very professional and install was great. Highly recommend.
* Pros: Best vinyl windows anywhere

I called few companies and have chosen the California Deluxe Windows. They were very professional and always patient in explaining everything there is to know about the windows. I was going to replace only 2 windows, and after the installation I liked their work so much that I am installing a french door, that is facing my pool as well. I have 2 dogs and one of them got injured last year, because my old wooden door had nails sticking out and it was just falling apart. I love my new door and windows. I recommended them to my girlfriend and she has the same opinion like me.

I wanted to let you know how very happy I am with my new windows and patio door installation. The windows look beautiful outside as well as inside and are easy to open and close. I also appreciate the street noise reduction from these insulated windows. The Executive Board of our homeowners association came for drinks one night to see the windows. The opened and closed and popped the windows and screens out and were very impressed with the styling, craftsmanship, and beauty. They were also impressed with the two tone (bronze outside, white inside) frames. The installation process was fantastic. Your installers were very careful and respectful of my house and furniture and cleaned everything completely before they left. They worked quickly and were able to install 9 windows and a sliding patio door in about seven hours. I was appreciated your visit to the house during the installation and talked with your installers. Your visit was very reassuring that the installation would go smoothly. Thank you for your consideration and help during the process. I will recommend California Deluxe Windows to my friends and neighbors in need of window replacement. Thanks again for everything. R. I installed French Doors and Bay Window. Their quality was just great. I called customer support to give my positive feedback, but for some reason they ignored my compliments, its very strange. Over all I am satisfied.

HUGE waste of time. First, I received a call hours before our appointment asking how the appointment had gone. Then at the time of the appointment, I received another call and was told the sales person would be there in around 45 minutes (no apology, no questions). I didn't have time to wait, so I rescheduled. The day of the second appointment, the salesperson came and was polite, but did take a very long time to show me a few slides and finally measured the windows, then told me I'd get a quote later that day. No quote. Several weeks and many phone calls from CDW later, still no quote. They keep calling to ask if I'll come to the show room or if the salesperson can come measure again (though they don't say they lost the first measurements). If I don't answer, they keep calling. It's an odd mixture of persistence and horrible customer service.

Oxnard, CA 12/30/2009 After getting several estimates for window replacement, we were initially surprised that California Deluxe Windows was so much more expensive (nearly twice the amount of the cheapest bid). But digging into the details, and meeting with the owner (Aaron) in his facility in Chatsworth, we realized the difference was in the materials and installation methods. Many of the replacement window companies simply remove the glass and use a trim piece to cover the old window frame, effectively reducing the size of the window by about 1 1/2" in each direction. While one company stated that they used insulation around the insert to prevent air entrainment, we were concerned due to our dusty location (our old, single pane slider windows allowed air infiltration and you could see the heavy dust on the sills). Noise was also a concern for us. We choose California Deluxe Windows after seeing the quality of the product and determining that they could convert an existing window to a sliding glass door... was very different from most of the reviews I see here. About 6 month after I got myself all new Kitchen Aid Appliances, my Ice Maker in the fridge stopped working. So I called the store and got referred to this Active place. I always check reviews, so I was extremely skeptical and decided not to call but to stop by this place to schedule an appointment. Got there, not much to look at outside but when I went in I was very IMPRESSED. Clean, neat glass cubicles, large displays to monitor calls, overall great environment. I was nicely greeted and was set up for the next day. That same day around 6:30 I get a call from an annoying electronic voice confirming that appointment, it was 8 to 11 and the guy showed up around 9:15. He took a look at it and no more then 15 min. later tells me I need a part and will get a call back once it is in. I was given the option to follow up on my job on their website. More...
